To realize the vision, the college has incorporated the placement cell to mould the young engineers in to knowledge workers. The placement cell gives a silver lining to student career prospects.
Training and Placement Cell is an integral part of the institute. The institute has provided complete infrastructure for effective functioning of the cell. Avanthi students have delighting successes to their credit & today our alumni are spread across the world creating wonderful solutions working for the best organizations. Industry experts from TCS , Infosys, CTS , Microsoft, HP Visit Avanthi to provide their valuable guidance to the students & help them fine tune their skills to match the industry expectations. Training activities are organized throughout the year in an effort towards preparing the prospective students for the campus selection programmes. The cell regularly invites various industries and reputed firms for campus recruitment. During the academic year 2009-10 , the Cell has organized Recruitment training program which enabled the institution to raise the employability ratio.

The Training and placement cell of our college is composed of a placement officer and is assisted by placement coordinators and faculty as well as student coordinators from various departments. We invite various companies for the campus recruitment and also we organize various pooled drives also send our students to off campus drives. Every year Campus recruitment Training programme will be organized and students are equipped with skills like Aptitude, Verbal, Reasoning, Resume writing, Interview etiquettes etc.
The main objective of training and Placement cell is to provide personal and career related support to the students with special emphasis on training the students on employability skills and ultimately provide placement in various Industries/Organizations by arranging campus recruitment drives.
